Located in Montevideo, Uruguay, our firm was founded in 1996 by Luis Lapique and Mauricio Santeugini immediately after graduating together from the Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
We have grown steadily for more than 20 years and have the goal to continue growing, in order to provide better services for our clients and better careers for the people working with us, which will allow them to grow within our firm or in other organizations.
We are a medium size firm that provides a personalized service. Our team specializes in specific areas of law in order to provide you with technical quality and efficient solutions which add value. Our professionals continue their education with national and international training.
Every member of our firm is trained to provide high quality services and solutions. We work in close and permanent contact with our clients in order to achieve the best knowledge of their industry and their organization.
Our legal advice is generally integrated with a multidisciplinary team of accountants and public notaries, in order to solve all the clients' problems and consider tax effects of our advice.
